Line an 18cm x 18cm square tin with baking paper. Do not trim the paper, as it will be much easier to remove once the fudge has set. Place the Coca-Cola, sugar, lime zest and juice in a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer, 8 minutes. Turn the heat down to low and whisk in the condensed milk and butter. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in the chocolate until smooth. Transfer the mixture to the lined tin, smooth out the top and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Melt the regular white chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes, spoon it onto the fudge and smooth out the top. Arrange the sweets on top in such a manner that a sweet will be in the centre of each piece of fudge once it is cut later on. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Lift the fudge in the baking paper from the tin and cut into 12 equal pieces.
In cool weather store leftover fudge at room temperature and in warmer weather it is best to store the fudge in the fridge.
