Coca-Cola float popsicles

  • ½ cup store-bought vanilla ice cream - melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup Coca-Cola
  • 6 wooden popsicle sticks

  1. Blend the vanilla ice cream and milk together to form a milkshake.
  2. Fill 6 popsicle moulds halfway with the milkshake mix. Place in the freezer.
  3. Decant the Coca-Cola into a jug then whisk to remove all the bubbles.
  4. Fill the popsicle moulds with the Coca cola, insert the popsicle sticks and return to the freezer for 4-5 hours or until frozen.
  5. To unmould them, plunge the popsicle mould briefly into boiling hot water then remove the popsicles. Serve immediately.
