Heat the oil in a heavy based pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic and jalapenos and sauté, 2 minutes. Stir in the minced beef, cumin, paprika, salt and cocoa powder and fry, 8 minutes. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, beans and Coca-Cola and simmer, 20 minutes.
Top each portion of chilli with some sour cream, grated cheddar, spring onions and coriander. Serve with corn chips for dipping.
Use leftover chilli as a filling in sandwiches, omelettes and pancakes.
